My Journey
My journey to becoming a sex therapist is rooted in personal healing. Raised in a Christian home, I grappled with body and sexuality shame imposed by numerous "shoulds." Discovering the freedom to create a life beyond familial and societal constraints as an adult was transformative. I'm driven to guide others in gaining insight, aligning their lives with personal values and boundaries.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my partner and daughters playing board games and watching movies. I also enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park, and spending time planting and propagating indoor plants.
